Plum Island
Classes start August 3rd, 8 am (Weather permitting)
For the seventh summer Angelena offers Kripalu Yoga on Plum Island beach.
For the month of August, each Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8AM, join us for a very special time of practicing Yoga on the beach by the sea. Let the gentle waves move you into relaxation and the yoga postures open your body. Appropriate for experienced students, beginners or the just curious. Come once or to each of the nine classes. There is no fee, however donations are very much appreciated.
Please come on time to this one hour class and bring a large towel, or a mat, and maybe sunglasses, a hat and water.
To find us: Come onto Plum Island. After the bridge, make a right at the first stop sign by Plum Island Grill and go to the end of the road. Pass through the gate of the Parker River Wildlife Refuge, showing your season pass (hopefully you have one) or pay the small fee. Park in Parking Lot #1, take the boardwalk to the beach, turn left and look for the large wooden sign to the left and you will see us.
